Convenient location with helpful staff. Spacious and clean apartment with all amenities. Great for families, close to shops and the beach. Limited but handy parking available. Quiet and cozy atmosphere.

Quest Wollongong's location is excellent for us in the city and for trips to the countryside.

This was the best place we stayed in during our trip to Sydney and Wollongong - for value, luxury, space and facilities provided. I shall look for Quest Accommodation places when we travel in the future. The Wollongong Serviced Apartments are extremely handy to a variety of fabulous cafes and restaurants and also to grocery shops. The front desk personnel also had local knowledge to provide advice which is not always evident in other places we have stayed in. We are recommending this place to our friends.

Strange that small essential items were missing: - Bathtub Plug (staff were aware but couldn't provide). - Extra blankets for the bed - Kitchen cleaning items - Chopping Knives.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The hotel was situated in a convenient location, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free.

The noise level was unbearable, with loud music playing until the early hours of the morning. The air conditioning unit was also very noisy and did not work properly, making it difficult to sleep.

The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Comes with kitchen and dining facilities so possible to self-cater. Full laundry facilities as well so also possible to wash and dry own washing.

We found the Quest Hotel very comfortable and central. We were able to walk to the beach and the shops. The Staff were exceptionally friendly and willing. Would be happy to stay again.

We loved our stay here! The hotel's location is perfect for those who want to be close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the stadium. The facilities were clean and tidy, and the hotel provided us with ample kitchen supplies and utensils. The staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay, greeting us with a smile and accommodating any requests we had. We had no problems with parking and found it easy to check in and out of our room.

The two bedroom apartment was perfect for a weekend away with the kids. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to the mall and main restaurant areas, and also not far from the main beaches.

Is a great appartment right in the city centre of Wollongong. Was tidy and comfortable, close to the beach and to main shopping district.

Was slightly noisy, with traffic and room is not sound proof.

The hotel is located in a convenient spot close to everything, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops and City Beach. the rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the property is equipped with a stove top, DVD player and phone, adding to its convenience.

Some amenities in the rooms such as AC and double-paned windows for noise reduction are lacking, making it occasionally uncomfortable.

We were disapointed when we first went into the rooms, the coffee tables and side tables are very stained and marked the lamp in the bedroom was only just standing upright and it looked a very inferior room, we were with friends who dont get to go away very often and I was very disapointed for them as it did not look special at all.
